We inform you that your personal data will be processed for the management of the applications submitted and the completion of the personnel selection process, as well as for the formalization of the employment contract, if applicable. The legal basis that legitimizes this data processing is your express consent, which you give us by completing this form.
Your personal data will be kept for as long as they are necessary to manage the selection process and later, if you are not selected, they will be kept for 2 years, in case your profile could match any future offer. After this period has elapsed, we will delete your personal data.
We may share or give access to your personal data to service providers who process data on our behalf, with whom we have contractually regulated the relationship in accordance with legal requirements. It is also possible that your data is transferred outside of Andorra, but in any case, we guarantee the security and legitimacy of the data processing by the recipient, according to the requirements of the LQPD.
You can exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment and data portability, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by sending an email to Data Protection Officer of the Montané Group companies at protecciodades@hotansa.ad, specifying the reason for your request. In any case, you also have the right to file a claim with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
